Pantelia Bairaktaris is the Senior Director of Finance & Administration for The Hope Center for College, Community, and Justice. Prior to joining the Hope Center, Pantelia worked as an Acting Director of Research and Institutional Official for regulatory compliance at Stockton University. 

She brings more than fifteen years of experience in research administration, finance, and operations in academia and the private sector. 

Pantelia is a first-generation college graduate who holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus in International Business and an MBA from Stockton University. 

Pantelia is a native of Athens, Greece with roots from the island of Crete. ​
