Our Director of Policy & Advocacy Mark Huelsman testified before the Senate HELP Committee on making the cost of attending college more transparent for students.

Cost transparency in higher education is critical in ensuring that students and families are aware of the full cost of their degree or credential, and can access all the supports they qualify for to finance their journey through college. Not only do students need more clarity, but we must do everything in our power to lower the price that students pay. 

Transparent prices are meaningless if students cannot meet them.

We are proud to have had Mark present legislative recommendations for making this possible at the Senate hearing.
